What MTestHub AI does
Extracts evidence from applications and compares it to job-related criteria the customer configures.
Recommends validation when evidence is limited, generates assessments, summarizes responses and suggests workflow actions.
Shows a Match Score and a separate Evidence Confidence with the quoted evidence behind every criterion, so recruiters can see why.
What MTestHub AI does not do
Infer or use protected characteristics (such as age, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality or disability) for hiring decisions. Identity details are redacted from AI scoring inputs.
Score appearance, facial expressions, emotions, voice pitch or accent, or infer honesty or personality from biometrics.
Automatically reject a candidate, or judge résumés by writing style or suspected AI-assisted writing. Polished or AI-assisted résumés are never treated negatively.
Automated decision-making transparency
Candidates may be subject to AI-assisted evaluation. Inputs are the application, résumé, screening answers and assessment responses. Recommendations are evidence-based and job-related.
Customers configure hiring criteria and keep human review and control over every stage change, rejection and offer. Candidates can ask the employer for human review of their application.
AI data training
Customer and candidate data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. AI providers process data only to return results to MTestHub.
