Parties, subject matter and duration
Between the customer (controller) and MTestHub, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States of America) (processor), for the term of the agreement plus the deletion period.
Nature, purpose, data and data subjects
Purpose: providing recruiting, screening, assessment, interview and offer workflows. Data subjects: candidates, customer users, interviewers. Data: see our data inventory categories (application, résumé, assessment, media, transcript, interview, offer data).
Processor obligations
Process only on documented instructions; personnel confidentiality; security measures described on the Security page; use subprocessors listed publicly with change notice; assist with data-subject requests and breach notification as required by applicable law; delete or return data at the end of services; make information available for audits as agreed.
International transfers
Transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) will be included where required, subject to legal review.
