Our roles

For hiring data, the customer (employer) generally determines how candidate data is used, and MTestHub processes it on the customer's instructions as a service provider.

For MTestHub's own account administration, billing, security and website operations, MTestHub is responsible for that data for those defined purposes.

Privacy & data protection controls

Data minimization and purpose limitation: AI scoring uses job-related inputs with identity redacted.

Customer-configurable retention, export and deletion; a Data Processing Addendum; a public subprocessor list; and a privacy request workflow for access, correction, deletion and other requests.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information. Use the Data Request form.

Data location and transfers

Primary hosting region and subprocessor locations are being confirmed with our infrastructure providers. We do not currently offer contractual data residency.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, the safeguards required by applicable law and contract are documented in the DPA following legal review.
