Who we are

MTestHub, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States of America) operates MTestHub. Privacy contact: contact@mtesthub.com.

Information we process

Customer users: name, work email, role, account and usage data. Candidates (on behalf of employers): application details, résumé, screening answers, assessments, video/audio and transcripts where enabled, interview and offer information. Website visitors: device, browser and interaction metadata, and cookie data.

Sources: directly from you, from the employer you applied to, from sign-in providers you choose (e.g. Google), and from our service providers.

Why we use it and legal bases

To provide the service (contract), secure and improve it (legitimate interests), bill customers and meet legal obligations (legal obligation), and send marketing only with consent or where permitted, with an unsubscribe option.

Candidate data is processed on the employer's instructions; the employer determines its legal basis.

AI processing

AI is used to extract job-related evidence, generate assessments and summarize responses. Decisions remain with people. See AI & Responsible Hiring.

Customer and candidate data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. AI providers process data only to return results to MTestHub.

Sharing, subprocessors and transfers

We do not sell personal information. We share it with subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page, with the employer you apply to, and where required by law.

Primary hosting region and subprocessor locations are being confirmed with our infrastructure providers. We do not currently offer contractual data residency.

Retention and security

See Data Retention and Security pages for current, accurate details.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a competent authority. Use the Data Request form. Candidates: the employer is usually responsible for your application data — we route your request and assist.

Children

MTestHub is not directed to children under 16 and is not intended for them.

We will post updates here with a new 'last updated' date and notify customers of material changes.
