Data Retention & Deletion
Customers control how long hiring data is kept. We don't promise timelines we can't technically guarantee.

What is retained
Customer account data: for the life of the account. Candidate profiles, résumés, assessments, interviews and offers: per the organization's retention setting (default 730 days, configurable in Settings → Privacy & Retention).
Original video/audio responses: per the assessment's media retention setting (default 90 days, configurable; some plans show shorter defaults). Transcripts follow the candidate record.
Product analytics: interaction metadata only, raw events kept 90 days. Security and audit logs: retained for security purposes; periods are being formalized.
Deletion
Customers can delete candidates and data; candidates can withdraw and request deletion from their portal; candidate requests about an employer's hiring process are routed to that employer.
On account termination, customer data is deleted following the agreed process. Backups may retain copies temporarily until they expire on their normal lifecycle; deleted data in backups is not restored to production. Legal or security retention obligations may apply.
